We are a pre-seed venture capital fund focused on empowering and supporting visionary immigrant-led startups to bring their bold ideas to life.
We invest in visionary immigrant founders with passion and heart, building tech-driven, industry-shaping businesses. Our team, made up of successful founders, is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build revolutionary companies.
SUPPORT
We believe that every founder has a unique set of qualities that sets them apart. Our passion as investors is to understand these qualities, or superpowers, and help bring the puzzle pieces together to create a world-changing company. We are dedicated to supporting and empowering the visionary entrepreneurs we invest in, and are committed to helping them turn their innovative ideas into successful businesses.
EXPERIENCE
As fellow immigrant founders, we understand the challenges and triumphs of building a successful startup. We've been lucky to be a part of some of the most impactful business ventures over the past two decades and have seen firsthand the journey from start to exit. We bring deep understanding and passion to support visionary founders in building successful companies.

Review
We review new investments twice a week and respond back to founders with email for a meeting or pass on the investment.
First Meeting
We meet with the founders on a 30 minutes call to hear their story and get to know them.
Memo and Assessment
We continue to build our conviction on the investment by building a memo and preforming additional research. As we write our memo we may reach to the founders for additional questions.
Final Decision
If we decide to invest we will help pull the round together. This may include finalizing the terms of the deal, prepping additional materials for other investors and introductions to other investors.
